Meet the Principal

MEET THE PRINCIPAL

Michael Manning

With 28 years in education, Mr. Manning has built his career on serving students and forming relationships that leave a lasting impact. He began as a physical education teacher and coach, where he learned early that education reaches far beyond the classroom—it’s about mentorship, encouragement, and helping young people discover their potential. That conviction has carried through every role since: teacher, coach, lead teacher, assistant principal, and now principal.

At Bridlewood Academy, Mr. Manning is proud to lead a school community grounded in trust, teamwork, and student achievement. He believes Bridlewood’s greatest strength is its family atmosphere, where teachers, parents, and administration share a single commitment to student success.

He is dedicated to ensuring every student feels seen, supported, and valued. Knowing that success looks different for each child, he works to create an environment where individuality is respected and safety, strong relationships, and open communication stay at the center of everything.

Looking ahead, Mr. Manning is excited for Bridlewood’s continued growth and the opportunities it will open for students inside and outside the classroom. Above all, he hopes every child who walks through Bridlewood’s doors leaves knowing they were cared for, encouraged, and given every chance to thrive.
