How to Report a Concern
Any person may report sex discrimination or sexual harassment, whether or not they are the person alleged to have experienced it. Reports may be made at any time, including outside of school hours, by contacting either Title IX Coordinator in person, by mail, by phone, or by email using the information above. We encourage anyone who has experienced or witnessed conduct that may violate Title IX to come forward so we can respond promptly and supportively.
What Happens After a Report
When a Title IX Coordinator receives a report, the school will respond promptly and take the concern seriously. The Coordinator will contact the person who experienced the conduct to discuss supportive measures, which are available with or without filing a formal complaint, and to explain how to file a formal complaint. Bridlewood Academy is committed to a process that is fair, impartial, and respectful of the rights of everyone involved, and that follows federal regulations and the school’s adopted grievance procedures.

Non-Retaliation
Bridlewood Academy strictly prohibits retaliation against anyone who reports a concern, files a complaint, or participates in a Title IX investigation or proceeding, including anyone who declines to participate. Anyone who believes they have experienced retaliation should contact a Title IX Coordinator immediately.
